1. Status of this draft

This is a pre-launch legal draft. The proprietor's legally registered name must be verified against the Turkish tax registration before publication and acceptance in the application.

2. Operator and scope

The service is operated by Wall Art People, a brand operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (Çankaya Tax Office, tax number 4490173221), at Kızılırmak Mah. 1443 Cad. No: 25 B, İç Kapı No: 8, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: hi@bir3.com, +90 505 945 19 07.

The platform is intended only for businesses, professional sellers, designers and brands. By creating an account, you confirm that you act for business purposes and have authority to bind the business you represent.

3. Accounts and approval

You must provide accurate account, shop, billing and shipping information and keep credentials secure. We may review, approve, suspend or close accounts where required for security, compliance, capacity or breach of these terms.

4. Designs and production licence

You retain ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, analyse, resize, repair where authorised, manufacture, package and fulfil the artwork solely to provide the requested services.

You warrant that you own or have all permissions needed for every design, trademark, image, font and other element submitted.

5. Quotes, orders and payment

Displayed previews and demo prices are not binding. The final server-generated quote shown for an order controls and may include separate production, shipping, tax or duty components.

An order becomes binding when payment is authorised and we accept it for production. Prices are shown in the stated currency. Card processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider.

6. Custom production

Products are manufactured to order from customer-supplied artwork. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after production starts. The Production, Shipping & Remake Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or reputational loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.
