1. Made-to-order production
Each product is manufactured from submitted artwork. Availability, minimum safe size and panel configuration may depend on production analysis. Production estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Changes and cancellation
Contact us immediately if an order is incorrect. We may change or cancel an order before production starts. Once cutting, finishing or other custom work begins, cancellation or alteration may be refused and costs already incurred remain payable.
3. Shipping
Shipping prices are separate unless a quote expressly states otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates. Customs duties, import taxes, remote-area fees and recipient-country charges are the customer or recipient's responsibility unless the order expressly includes them.
4. Damage, defect and remake
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report visible damage, missing items or manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number, photos of the product, outer packaging and shipping label.
Where we confirm a manufacturing or fulfilment fault, we may repair, reproduce, replace or refund the affected item as appropriate. Colour variation caused by screens, minor production tolerances and defects already present in supplied artwork are not manufacturing faults.
