Before installation
Inspect the product, mounting points, wall surface and supplied hardware before installation. Do not install a damaged, bent or unstable item. Product weight and wall construction determine the correct fixing method.
Safe installation
- Use fixings suitable for the wall material and product weight.
- Use a qualified installer when the wall type, load capacity or mounting method is uncertain.
- Keep hands clear of unfinished or damaged edges and wear suitable protection during installation.
- Do not position where a falling product could injure a person, child or pet.
- Follow the order-specific panel layout and mounting instructions.
Use and care
Unless an order expressly specifies outdoor suitability, treat the product as intended for dry indoor display. Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasives and aggressive chemicals.
Report a safety issue
Stop using an item that appears unsafe and contact hi@bir3.com with the order number, photos and a description. We retain order-level traceability to investigate production and fulfilment issues.
