Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Data controller

For account administration, contracting, billing and platform operations, the data controller is Wall Art People, a brand operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (Çankaya Tax Office, tax number 4490173221), at Kızılırmak Mah. 1443 Cad. No: 25 B, İç Kapı No: 8, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye. Privacy requests: hi@bir3.com.

2. Data we process

We may process account identity and contact details, business and shop details, authentication records, uploaded artwork and technical analysis, quotes, orders, billing and transaction references, recipient names and delivery addresses, support communications, device/security logs and cookie preferences.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to create and secure accounts, provide quotes, manufacture and fulfil orders, process payments, prevent fraud, answer support requests, comply with accounting and legal duties, establish or defend legal claims and—with consent—measure website usage.

4. Service providers and international transfers

Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment, email, analytics, production and shipping providers. Current infrastructure may include Supabase, Vercel, Netlify, Google Analytics and shipping/payment providers.

Some providers process data outside Türkiye. Transfers will be handled using an applicable KVKK transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. This section must be reviewed when the final vendor and payment-provider list is confirmed.

5. Retention

Account and order records are retained for the contract, support, security, tax and limitation periods that apply. Artwork may be retained while an account or order requires it and then deleted or anonymised under our retention schedule. Cookie choices are normally retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Subject to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, object to certain results and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Contact us using the email above; identity verification may be required.
