1. Your rights
You keep ownership of submitted artwork. We do not acquire ownership merely because a file is uploaded or manufactured.
2. Your responsibility
You must hold the rights and permissions required to reproduce and sell submitted content. On request, you must provide reasonable evidence of authorisation.
3. Prohibited content
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, privacy or publicity rights.
- Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory or deceptive content.
- Content promoting targeted hatred, abuse, exploitation or credible violence.
- Files containing malware or intended to compromise the service.
4. Complaints
Rights holders may send a detailed notice to hi@bir3.com, identifying the work, disputed design, basis of ownership and contact information. We may restrict content or accounts while reviewing a credible complaint.
